Shipping & Delivery Policy

Destination Diary sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping. Nothing is mailed or couriered to you.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link is shown on the order success screen and (where you provided an email) sent to your email address. In almost all cases delivery is instant.

If your download link doesn't appear or the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes:

- Check your email spam/promotions folder.

- Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout.

- Contact us at destinationdiary25@gmail.com with your payment details and we'll re-send your file quickly.

Purchases are guest checkout — you do not need to create an account. Keep your confirmation email, as it contains your download link.
