Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refunds
Destination Diary sells digital products (downloadable itineraries, travel guides, LUTs/presets and similar files). Because these are delivered instantly and can be downloaded and kept, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on digital products once a purchase is completed and the download has been made available.
2. Why
Digital goods cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, they are yours permanently. This no-refund policy is standard for digital downloads and protects against misuse. Please review each product description carefully before buying.
3. Cancellation
As digital products are delivered immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
4. Problems With Your Order
We want you to be happy. If you experience a genuine issue — for example, the download link did not work, you received the wrong file, or the file is corrupted — contact us within 7 days of purchase at destinationdiary25@gmail.com with your order/payment details.
We will fix the problem by re-sending the correct file or, at our discretion, issuing a refund where a valid technical fault prevented you from accessing what you paid for.
5. Payment Disputes
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at destinationdiary25@gmail.com — we will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
6. Third-Party Bookings
Hotels, flights and other bookings made through our affiliate/partner links are handled entirely by those partners. Their own refund and cancellation policies apply — Destination Diary cannot refund or cancel bookings made on third-party sites.
